Cortijo Rosa Blanca is an exclusive-use Casa Rural property, suitable for intimate weddings and family celebrations, where you can invite up to 60 guests to share your special day, with luxury accommodation for up to 20 guests in the beautifully restored cortijo.

The most amazing day of our lives!
I don’t really know where to start with this review as I can’t really put into words how amazing this venue was! Living in Sydney, we weren’t able to view the venue before we booked or before the wedding day, but I can honestly say this didn’t really bother me at all.
I loved all the images from previous weddings at Rachel’s other venues so was confident I could trust her. Although we were only the second wedding ever at Cortijo Rosa Blanca, you really wouldn’t have known. Everything went completely perfectly on the day and in the lead up to the wedding.
From the minute we arrived at the Cortijo with our families, we loved the whole place. Looking back at the before pictures, it is really amazing to see the work Rachel and Johnny have done to it. We felt so relaxed from day one, and, apart from some pre-ceremony nerves, felt that way for our whole stay. We were able to enjoy the Cortijo for a few days before the wedding which gave us plenty of time to do laps of the grounds and just take in the beauty of it all.
The Cortijo is perfectly designed to accommodate families while still allowing everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed lots of lovely dinners at the outdoor seating area and actually hardly left for the whole week!
On the actual wedding day, the place was transformed into the most beautiful venue we have ever seen! It was exactly how I pictured it when we first decided to have an outdoor wedding. We loved that each part of the day is in a separate area of the grounds and it all flowed so well!
Dancing under the stars with all our friends and family is something we will never forget! We are already talking about planning another trip back in the future! Everyone has said what an amazing day they had and how all the staff were fantastic. We are so glad we made the decision to book when we did.

Thank you Rachel and everyone at Cortijo Rosa Blanca. Our wedding day back in the summer completely exceeded our expectations (which were pretty high after falling in love with every Rachel Rose wedding in the past).
The already perfect venue came to life on the day, with every little detail and wish I had being created around us! Rachel, from our very first emails through to the wedding day you were there to answer any question. Your wedding package and advice were spot on and along with your amazing team our dream day was created.
On the wedding day everyone (including myself) was shocked at how calm I remained and that was all down to you and the incredible people you work with. I knew that EVERYTHING would be perfect and I could enjoy the special moments of getting ready with my loved ones.
Ella has such a talent and made everyone look so beautiful, she was so calm and it was like having one of our friends doing our hair and make-up. Claire turned every idea and dream into reality and decorated the venue exactly how we wanted it, she was amazing! The flowers ‘Wow’! Natasha our Minister helped us create a truly personal ceremony, her guidance and advice were incredible. The Rivermen, Sana Caterers and of course the Chica DJs completed the dream team and created ‘the best wedding ever’!
You guys have all worked so hard and you should be very proud. We never doubted your vision as we first walked around the building site last year. At Rosa Blanca, not only do you have a stunning wedding venue, but you have created somewhere so special to stay with family and friends. We have so many happy memories from our weeks stay. From booking our wedding, to the big day itself, we didn’t feel worried or stressed at all. Rachel and John’s vision for the Cortijo reassured us that everything would be perfect, and yet it still managed to exceed our expectations.

It was calm and everything was on schedule and we always felt like you had everything under control. The decor on the day was out of this world. Wow, what a celebration we have had
Alex and I would like to say a HUGE thank you to you, Johnny and your team! Wow, what a celebration we have had! We can’t thank you enough for how flawless, calm and absolutely stunning our day was. We’ve had so many guests say how the day just flowed so perfectly.
We are so pleased we chose Cortijo Rosa Blanca, the gardens were just divine at this time of year and all the guests were just blown away at the beauty of the place. You have clearly put everything into making the venue so special and that shines through.
Our 4 night stay was heaven, our guests took a few adventures to local spots (eg waterfalls) but we mainly had the whole wedding party back at points to continue the celebrations! The pool area is just fab for this!
Thanks to your wonderful catering team, the food was delicious and so beautifully presented and the waiting staff were such a friendly bunch! The styling totally matched up with the mood boards we made and Janne’s flowers were just breathtaking! Natasha (as we knew) was amazing and she stole a lot of hearts during the ceremony! Thanks for allowing us to put our personal touches to the wedding, It really allowed our family to come together. The arch was a huge success as were the table decorations!
