How You Can Help
Although we gift the Cortijo and provide our planning & decorating services for free, as well as having a wonderful team of volunteer suppliers who generously donate their time and services for free, we do still need to help our Rainbow Recipients raise funds to cover expenses for fixed material & supply costs such as flowers, food & travel for our Gifted Weddings. Donations also help to cover the cost of flights & transport for ´Rainbow Holidays´ as often parents have had to give up jobs to enable them to care for their child and we don´t want our ´Rainbow Holiday´ gift to become a financial burden for them.
We have a few ways you can donate to the foundation.
DRESS DONATIONS
We know how difficult it can be to part with a wedding dress but the reality is that most just sit their dust bags in the back of a wardrobe for many years and are never sold or reused. We hope that donating your dress to one of our Rainbow Recipients will give you comfort knowing that it will continue to make beautiful memories for other Brides.
All Wedding dresses & Bridesmaid dresses donated to us are offered to every Bride we plan a Gifted Wedding for, your dream dress could also be theirs.
WEDDING GIFT DONATIONS
You can make a big difference by choosing to donate to Rachel Rose Rainbows rather than sharing a traditional gift list with your wedding guests or as an addition to your gift list – if you would like to help this way you can ask your guests to make a donation in your name to one of our Rainbow recipients Personal Gofundme fundraiser to help cover their travel costs – please get in touch for current gofundme fundraiser options.
DONATE A SERVICE
Are you a supplier in the wedding industry and would love to volunteer your time or donate a service? We would love to hear from you.
Can you help us with our gifted family holidays? We need help with airport transfers and would love to hear from any suppliers that have a service that a young family may enjoy during their holiday such as Family Photo Sessions & Children´s Entertainment or maybe a local restaurant owner who would like to donate a meal for the family to enjoy together.
